Get ready for the NSRA Northern Swap Meet 2026, one of the biggest dates in the calendar for anyone buying or selling hot rod, custom and American car parts.
Whether you’re searching for a hard-to-find part to finish your project, looking for your next bargain, clearing out the garage or simply fancy a day surrounded by fellow hot rodders, the Northern Swap Meet is the place to be.
Expect everything from project parts, wheels, engines and speed equipment to tools, trim, automobilia, memorabilia and plenty of those bits you didn’t know you needed until you saw them.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The NSRA Northern Swap Meet brings together traders, private sellers, enthusiasts and project builders from across the country.
You can expect to find:
- Hot rod, custom and American car parts
- Engines, wheels and speed equipment
- Tools, trim and workshop equipment
- Project parts and accessories
- Automobilia and memorabilia
- Cars for sale
- Private and trade sellers
- Plenty of bargains and rare finds
Come prepared for a proper rummage—you never know what might be hiding on one of the pitches.
VISITOR ADMISSION
The doors open to buyers and non-traders from 9.30am.
NSRA members: £5 per person
Non-NSRA members: £10 per person
WANT TO SELL?
If you would like to sell at the NSRA Northern Swap Meet, you will need to download and complete the Northern Swap Meet Booking Form (bottom of the page).
Once completed, please return your booking to event coordinator Andy Sawyer.

2026 SELLER PITCH PRICES
Private car: £15
Estate or small van: £20
Large van: £30
Bus or truck: £40
Trailer: £15
Car for sale: £15
Please note that seller pitch prices do not include admission for the driver or passenger.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SELLERS
The site will open for sellers to set up from 7.30am, with trading beginning at 9.30am.
Only two people per vehicle—for example, the driver and one passenger or helper—will be admitted before the 9.30am trading start.
To keep things fair for everyone, sellers and traders are asked not to begin trading before 9.30am.
All sellers must bring a tarpaulin on which to display their goods. Pitch space will be allocated according to the length of the seller’s vehicle.
Please also note:
- Overnight camping is not available
- All bookings are non-refundable
- Seller admission is not included in the pitch price
- Trading must not begin before 9.30am

Important Info
We’re excited to share some great news about this year’s Swap Meet!
We’re now accepting bank transfers and card payments, making it even easier to secure your spot. Here’s how it works:
- Bank Transfers – Simply click ‘ Swapmeet Form’ button below > print and fill out as usual > include a stamped addressed envelope and post for the attention of Andy Sawyer > Once you’ve made the transfer, include the date of payment and your name as a reference, so Andy can match it on the bank feed. He’ll send out your pass once everything checks out.
- Card Payments – Send in your form and envelope, and mention that you’d like to pay by card. Andy will give you a call to take the payment over the phone. (We do prefer bank transfers whenever possible.)
- Checks – Of course, you can still pay by check if that’s your preference.
